The Team
We work with experienced consultants and international associates with expertise in the areas of Performance Management, Coaching, Leadership Development and Talent Management. Local associates offer HR consultancy, training and support that includes all aspects of the Pario system.
Our specific skills include analysis of role requirements, competency profiling, psychometric assessment and personality profiling. We also design Assessment & Development Centres and provide fully tailored 360 Degree Feedback.
