Individuals subscribing to the Pario Leadership Coaching Course can cancel their subscription at any time within 28 days of payment and receive a full refund. The Coaching Course is intended to be educational but no guarantee is made that it will produce specific benefits or lead to any change in behaviour or performance effectiveness. Coaching outcomes are dependent on the individual committing the time and effort required to achieve change.
